Refund and Returns Policy

At Resin Arts Jaipur, we want to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our policy regarding returns and refunds:

1. No Refunds After Payment

Please note that once your payment is made, it cannot be refunded. We do not have a return and refund policy in place.

2. Product Damage During Delivery

We take great care to pack your products securely. However, if your product gets damaged during delivery, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement. Still, we will try our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

Important Tips:

• We recommend taking a video while opening your product. This can help show any damage right away.
• If you notice any damage during unboxing, please contact us immediately.

3. What to Do If You Receive a Damaged Product

If you see that the product is damaged in the video, please reach out to us at skyoceancraft@gmail.com. We will try to fix the issue as much as possible, even though we cannot guarantee a full refund or replacement.

4. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before we start working on it. If you wish to cancel, please call us or email us at skyoceancraft23@gmail.com.

Important: Once we begin making your product, you will not be able to cancel your order. Please ensure you are certain about your purchase before it goes into production.

5. Custom Orders

Custom products made specifically for you cannot be returned or exchanged. If you receive the wrong or damaged item, we will try to fix it on our end.

6. Bulk Orders

Orders over INR 15,000 are classified as bulk orders. Our usual return and refund policies do not apply to these orders. Shipping for bulk orders may take longer.
